I work with a staff of 15 people at my church. Some of them are quit computer savvy, while others are almost afraid of using a computer. To meet with each of them and train them is difficult; especially when most have desktops and we would have a challenge bringing them over to our meeting room.

I found Jing by Techsmith a wonderful resource (http://www.jingproject.com/). I am currently using the free version to create short videos. The free version only creates flash videos, so I created a webpage the staff can visit to view the videos. This way they can go out and visit the site at their convenience.
